hi!
if you want to double without doubling the cheese and cream, double everything else: the chicken, the pasta, the chicken stock, and garlic powder. keep the cream, butter and cheese amounts the same, but add 2 tbsp cornstarch into the cream mix. it won’t be as creamy and cheesy, obviously, but it will save on calories :)
otherwise, if you’re not to worried about the calorie count, i would just double everything!

Hi! This was really good and I’ll definitely make it again! Only complaint was that there wasn’t enough :) I know I can adjust the servings in the recipe, but if I wanted to double it, would you recommend doubling everything? Seems like it might be too much to double the cream and cheese.
